WG-Zimmer sucht ab September eine/n neue/n Bewohnerin/n
Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 16m² und ist durch drei Fenster sehr hell. Es ist zudem ruhig gelegen da es nicht zur Straße zeigt.
Internet- , Telefon- und Fernsehanschluss sind vorhanden und funktionsfähig.
Bei Bedarf besteht die Möglichkeit einige Sachen aus dem Zimmer zu übernehmen.
Warmmiete ca. 210€ + Strom/Inet.
Man erreicht den Hauptbahnhof und die Uni zu Fuß in ca. 7-10min. und bis zur HTW sind es sogar nur ca. 3min.
Durch die Straßenbahnlinien (3, 8, 10, 11, 7 ...) hat man gute Verbindung, egal wohin man in DD will.
In der Nähe befinden sich NETTO, ALDI und REWE, sodass immer für Verpflegung gesorgt ist :-)
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine offene Wohnüche mit Balkon (perfekt für Sommerabende).
Im Flur finden locker ein bis zwei Fahrräder platz.
Das kleine, aber feine Bad wurde vor einem Jahr saniert und besitzt eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Ein Keller ist ebenfalls vorhanden und kann genutzt werden.
Aufzug ist funktionsfähig und leistet gut Dienste :-)
