As I'm doing an internship for the summer, I am subletting my room in a 4-person shared flat. It's very well suited for Erasmus students or other people my age, who want to spent the summer semester in Dresden. Furnishing as seen in the picture is provided, including bed linen, blankets, everything. Preferably April - August, but I'm very flexible :)
The flat is located in the south of Dresden, very close to the university. It's rather calm around here with superb access to public transport, taking you to Uni in 10min and into the city centre in 15min. The Neustadt, where night life happens is about 20-30min by tram and easily reached day and night.
The flat is rather big with 2x bathrooms, spaceous hallway and equipped with everything a student could whish for, including washing machine and dishwasher. My 3 flatmates are all nice guys also studying at the TUD, I'll tell you more about the flat life personally, but it's all pretty relaxed.
