in our cozy WG my room will be free as I will soon move with my friend. That's why my roommates Hans and Clara are looking for a new roommate.
A bright, well-cut room with about 16 square meters awaits you, which offers plenty of space for life and work through a large, cozy high bed. If you want to relax with a series, this is also possible because the room has a cable connection.
The window goes out to the street but is still quiet, as it is a quiet one-way street with hardly any traffic. The entire apartment is 75 sqm and you also have access to the garden, which is ideal for relaxing or for small sun breaks. There is also a basement for shared use. The room is officially free from 01.08., but you can probably get in a bit earlier.

in unserer gemütlichen WG wird mein Zimmer frei, da ich bald mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehe. Deshalb suchen meine Mitbewohner Hans und Clara eine/einen neuen Mitbewohner*in.
Dich erwartet ein helles, gut geschnittenes Zimmer mit ca. 16 qm, das durch ein großes, gemütliches Hochbett viel Raum zum Leben und Arbeiten bietet. Falls du mal bei einer Serie entspannen möchtest, ist auch das möglich, da das Zimmer über einen Kabelanschluss verfügt.
Das Fenster geht zur Straße raus, ist aber dennoch ruhig, da es sich um eine ruhige Einbahnstraße mit kaum Verkehr handelt. Die gesamte Wohnung ist 75 qm groß und du hast außerdem Zugang zum Garten, der sich ideal zum Entspannen oder für kleine Sonnenpausen eignet. Ein Keller zur Mitbenutzung ist auch vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist offiziell ab dem 01.08. frei, du kannst aber vermutlich schon etwas früher rein.
The apartment is really ideal. You are quickly in the middle of the new town with numerous bars, cafes and small shops and also the Elbe is not 5 minutes away. The connection is also top: Albertplatz is just a seven-minute walk away and offers tram lines 3, 7 and more. The lines 6, 8 and 13 are still closer, which almost move directly around the corner. Despite the central location, the road is quiet – a perfect mix of in the middle and relaxed. There's a really nice neighborhood that you like to walk.
Die Wohnung liegt wirklich ideal. Du bist schnell mitten in der Neustadt mit zahlreichen Bars, Cafés und kleinen Läden und auch die Elbe ist keine 5 min entfernt. Auch die Anbindung ist top: Der Albertplatz ist nur etwa sieben Gehminuten entfernt und bietet dir die Straßenbahnlinien 3, 7 uvm. Noch näher dran sind die Linien 6, 8 und 13, die quasi direkt ums Eck abfahren. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Straße ruhig – eine perfekte Mischung aus mittendrin und entspannt. Dazu kommt eine wirklich liebe Nachbarschaft, der man gern übern Weg läuft.
You're gonna live with Hans and Clara first. Hans is a product designer, creative and for common cooking, an evening beer or a small chat. Clara is in the last stages of her sociology pool, works in a bar in the new city and is looking forward to relaxing WG evenings with social games or good conversations.
Our WG lives from an open, respectful coexistence. We like it together, but everyone should have the freedom to withdraw. The most important thing is that everyone feels comfortable. You can live at your own pace, invite friends or just be for you. In the hall there is also a cabinet with company games that can be used.
As Hans and Clara continue to live, is still open. So it can be good that you will get the chance to build up your wish-WG with two new roommates in the foreseeable future. But don't worry, everything with time and without stress.
Du wirst vorerst mit Hans und Clara zusammenwohnen. Hans ist Produktdesigner, kreativ und für gemeinsames Kochen, ein Feierabendbier oder einen kleinen Plausch immer zu haben. Clara steckt in den letzten Zügen ihres Soziologie-Bachelors, arbeitet in einer Bar in der Neustadt und freut sich über entspannte WG-Abende mit Gesellschaftsspielen oder guten Gesprächen.
Unsere WG lebt von einem offenen, respektvollen Miteinander. Wir mögen es gemeinschaftlich, aber jeder soll auch die Freiheit haben sich zurückzuziehen. Das wichtigste ist, dass sich alle wohl fühlen. Du kannst dich in deinem eigenen Tempo einleben, Freunde einladen oder einfach mal für dich sein. Im Flur steht außerdem ein Schrank mit Gesellschaftsspielen, der gerne genutzt werden darf.
Wie es bei Hans und Clara wohnlich weitergeht, ist gerade noch offen. Es kann also gut sein, dass du in absehbarer Zeit die Chance bekommst, dir mit zwei neuen Mitbewohner*innen deine Wunsch-WG aufzubauen. Aber keine Sorge, alles mit Zeit und ohne Stress.
