The apartment is directly a cross road from the Elbe. Tram is in a few seconds to run. You can cycle with the Vélo in less than 10 minutes. And the rest like Späti or shopping shops are also around the corner.

Die Wohnung ist direkt eine Querstraße von der Elbe entfernt. Tram ist in wenigen Sekunden zu errennen. Neustadt kann man sich mit dem Vélo in unter 10 Minuten erradeln. Und der Rest wie Späti oder Einkaufsläden sind auch um die Ecke.

Johanna, Noah and Leona are currently living here.
Noah will do an internship for 3 months, so his room will be free. :

Johanna is 24, studying horticulture in the last trains and contributes to the apartment with jazz
and Bossa Nova music is vibed.
Leona is 22, studied singing at the Hfm JRP and is a drone through and through.

We spend a funny and communal time at home, chill together a lot, cook and bake, are naturally in love and often walk along the Elbe. In the fridge, "Everything Allen" belongs, as we also get foodsharing things and don't get any exact limits anyway, and we also like this:)
It is also important for us to share. Smoked, drunk, acclaimed and letting wash stand for longer also occurs. We like the hustle and we like people. Music runs almost around the clock, sometimes from all rooms at the same time. In the weekend the span of chaos and "half day door to door" is given.

We all always have different daily rhythms, but appreciate the common time in the kitchen very much.
Our doors are usually open, except of course if we need some space. We would
wish us a person for the intermediate rental, who likes Bock on a pleasantly loose and family WG
Life has and fits well with the general vibe.

It might also be important to know; we have a cleaning plan, which is regularly time-swept, but is still adhered to. :

Es wohnen hier aktuell Johanna, Noah und Leona.
Noah wird für 3 Monate ein Praktikum machen, weswegen sein Zimmer frei wird. :)

Johanna ist 24, studiert Gartenbau in den letzten Zügen und trägt großen Teil dazu bei, dass die Wohnung mit Jazz
und Bossa Nova Musik aufgevibed wird.
Leona ist 22, studiert an der Hfm JRP Gesang und ist eine Frohnatur durch und durch.

Wir verbringen eine witzige und gemeinschaftliche Zeit daheim, verchillen viel gemeinsam, kochen und backen gern, sind naturverliebt und spazieren oft an der Elbe. Im Kühlschrank gehört "Alles Allen", da wir auch Foodsharing Sachen bekommen und sich sowieso keine genauen Grenzen ziehen lassen, außerdem mögen wir`s auch so :)
Auch sonst ist uns Teilen wichtig. Geraucht, getrunken, gefeiert und Abwasch mal länger stehen lassen kommt auch vor. Wir mögen den Trubel und haben auch gern Leute da. Musik läuft fast rund um die Uhr, manchmal auch aus allen Zimmern gleichzeitig. Wochenends ist die Spannbreite aus Chaos und "halber Tag Tür zu" gegeben.

Wir haben zwar alle immer mal unterschiedliche Tagesrhythmen, aber schätzen die gemeinsame Zeit bspweise abends in der Küche sehr.
Unsere Türen stehen meistens offen, außer natürlich wenn wir etwas Raum brauchen. Wir würden
uns für die Zwischenmiete eine Person wünschen, die ähnlich Bock auf ein angenehm lockeres und familiäres WG
Leben hat und gut zum allgemeinen Vibe passt.

Wichtig wäre vielleicht auch noch zu wissen; wir haben einen Putzplan, der zwar regelmäßig zeitlich verpeilt, aber doch eingehalten wird. :)

We are currently negotiating with our landlord about the cold rental, as the NK after payment was extremely expensive. It may therefore be that the rent is again a little more (10/20 € or cheaper) - depending on whether we get the rent negotiated :)

Wir sind gerade am verhandeln mit unserem Vermieter über die Kaltmiete, da die NK Nachzahlung krass teuer war. Es kann also sein, dass die Miete nochmal etwas mehr (10/20 € oder billiger wird) - je nachdem ob wir die Miete verhandelt bekommen :)
