Sehr ruhige Wohnlage, 8 km vom Stadtzentrum in Düren entfernt, gute Bus- und Verkehrsanbindung ( Autobahn ), mehrere Einkaufszentren ca. 2 km entfernt. Kl. Wald sowie Joggingwege direkt vor der Haustür !
