English version: I want to rent my room due to relocation. This room includes a bed, TV, studying lamp, wardrobe, shoe rack, chair, mirror, bookshelf and a small desk. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The kitchen is fully furnished and has all the necessary equipment. The landlord is an old man who is very kind and a student live in another room. Although the room does not have windows, the house has a large and a nice garden which is very enjoyable to spend time. All costs include electricity, water, heating and internet. The bus station is an 8-minute walk away and there is also a bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket and ice cream shop nearby. If you interested in my room please contact me by email.

Dieses Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett, einen Fernseher, eine Arbeitslampe, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Schuhregal, einen Stuhl, einen Spiegel, ein Bücherregal und einen kleinen Schreibtisch. Küche und Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte. Der Vermieter ist ein alter Mann, der sehr nett ist und In einem anderen Zimmer wohnt ein Student. Obwohl das Zimmer keine Fenster hat, hat das Haus einen großen und schönen Garten, in dem man sehr angenehm Zeit verbringen kann. Alle Kosten beinhalten Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Internet. Die Bushaltestelle ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt auch eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei, eine Post, einen Supermarkt und eine Eisdiele in der Nähe.
