Hallo :),
Ich suche für zwei Monate (evtl auch länger) einen/eine Untermieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 20 m2 groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Aufgrund der drei Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell und wirkt allgemein geräumig. Natürlich kann es aufgrund der Lage mal lauter werden, aber daran kann man sich sehr schnell gewöhnen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt. Die Haltestelle Heinrich-Heine-Allee ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt und somit gut an alle Bus- und U-Bahnverbindungen vernetzt. Parkplätze werden nicht gestellt und sind in der Gegend auch leider nicht kostengünstig zu finden.
Vom WG-Leben muss man sich selber ein Bild machen. Allgemein ist zu sagen, dass es immer sehr entspannt zugeht und meine Mitbewohnerin Mira eine super liebe Person ist, die dich sehr herzlich aufnehmen wird.
