Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor kurzen erst renoviert.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat folgenden Möbel (auch erkenntlich in den Fotos):
-Ein großes memory foam Bett (210x190)
-Ein Schlafsofa (210x190)
-Tisch
-Nachttisch
-Großer Schrank
-Lampe
Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt 1 Badezimmer + 1 WC + 1 Abstell/Wäscheraum
Die WG befindet in Mitten von Little Tokio und ist sehr gut angebunden. Sowohl der Bahnhof, als auch die U-bahn station und Tram sind weniger als 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Restaurants, Supermärkte und alles andere sind auch in Laufnähe.
Derzeit wohnen in der WG zwei Frauen, 28 & 30, die beide arbeiten. Grundsätzlich ist zu sagen, dass ein hohes Bewusstsein für Sauberkeit für die beiden WG mitglieder von großer Wichtigkeit sind.
Die Wohnungn ist in Besitz von Deutsche Wohnen, Kaution und Möbel werden aber immer an den nächsten Mieter gezahlt.
