Hallo,
ab den 01.08.2017 biete ich ein Zimmer in meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an. Du kannst länger oder nur kurz bleiben, je nachdem was du brauchst.
Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders groß (ca 12m²) und voll möbliert. Du hast dein eigenes Badezimmer, wo allerdings der Waschmaschine steht und da müsste ich auch schon mal waschen. Die Waschmaschine kannst du natürlich auch frei benutzen.
Die Diele und die Küche muss du mit mir teilen. Wenn du (Praktikant) nur für kurzer Zeit bleibt kannst du auch mein Geschirr usw. benutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Benrath, nah am Schloß Benrath. Verkehrsverbindungen gibt es reichlich in direkte Nähe, Bus, U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, S-Bahn und Regiobahn. Bis zum Bahnhof Benrath läuft man 5 Min.
Ich bin Berufstätig, bin schon 62 Jahren und arbeite mit Junge Leute, also keine "Oma" ;-)
Die Miete beträgt 260,- monatlich inkl. alle Nebenkosten. Eine Kaution in höhe von 260,- € ist mit dem Mietvertragabschluß fälig.
