Hi there,
I will travel in May 2024 for a month, therefore, want to sublet my room. The full rent of the room is 700 EUR, but then it will be reduced to 650 EUR/month if you don't mind that I stay in guest room/ living room for 2 days before my flight or choose to move from 3/5/2024.
Our place is on the first floor in a chill neighborhood. It's got two bedrooms, a roomy living area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and even a tiny storage room – all connected by a handy corridor.
The bathroom and kitchen are good to go, though no dishwasher here, unfortunately. Right now, the living room is pretty basic with just a dining table and chairs. But we're planning to grab a comfy sofa soon.
The room I'm offering is a roomy 20 square meters, and it's got a ton of natural light coming in from a big window and a door leading to a cool balcony. I'll make sure to clear some space for your stuff by emptying the drawer and clothes rail. If you want to use the shelf, just let me know – it's all yours.
The apartment's location is highly advantageous, particularly for students or individuals working at Uni Nord or Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf. We have the convenience of two tram stations and a bus stop nearby, all within a few minutes' reach.
Südpark is just a few tram stations away, offering a lovely recreational area. Additionally, there is a Rewe supermarket just 300 meters away, open until midnight. Other amenities such as Rossman, Kodi, Kios, coffee shops, restaurants, and pharmacies are only a short 3-4 minute walk away.
For those attending the university, the campus is conveniently located within a 6-7 minute walking distance. Moreover, you have the option of taking various trams or the U-Bahn to reach the center of Düsseldorf or the main train station (Hbf).
Ting is a 29-year-old from Malaysia who enjoys cycling, traveling, and exploring cafés. He is always open to engaging in conversations, grabbing a drink, or dining out together. We usually rely on Ting's excellent taste to choose the restaurant.
As English is the primary language spoken in our flat, it is important that you are willing to communicate in English.
