Ich biete ein kleines aber feines Zimmer an. Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und hat zwei große Fenster und ist dadurch recht hell. Es befindet sich in der Wohnung neben der Küche, was auch der gemeinsame Raum der Wohnung ist. Die Küche bietet genug Platz um mit Freund*innen zu kochen oder sich zu treffen.
I offer a small but cozy room. The room has two big windows and is fairly bright. It is located next to the kitchen, which is also the shared space in the appartement. The kitchen offers enough space to cook together with friends or to meet with the WG.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar. In 5 Minuten seid ihr bei Bilk S, von wo ihr einfach auch in andere Städte kommt. Auch die Straßenbahn ist direkt in der Nähe. Zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Altstadt sind es nur 10 Minuten. Kaufland und Düsseldorf Acarden ist 5 Minuten von uns entfernt. Es gibt auch ein paar nette Cafés und Parks in laufnähe.
Die location of the flat is amazing. You can reach Bilk S in 5 mins, which takes you easily to other cities in NRW. You also find the tram close by. Hauptbahnhof and the Altstadt are only 10 minutes away. There is also plenty of shops close by, like Kaufland and Düsseldorf Acarden. There are also a few nice coffee shops and parcs in close walking distance.
Ich bin Kathi, 27 Jahre, und werde deine neue Mitbewohnerin sein. Ich starte am 01.05. mein Referendariat, was sicherlich viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen wird. In meiner Freizeit bin ich recht aktiv. Ich tanze Breakdance, organisere Events für die urbane Tanzszene und habe seit kurzem Acro Yoga für mich entdeckt.
Im Wg Leben würde ich mich als sehr fröhlichen Menschen beschreiben. Ich habe Interesse an meiner Mitbewohner*in und unterhalte mich gern mit einer Tasse Tee. Auch gemeinsames Kochen fände ich schön. Ich probiere mich überwiegend vegan zu ernähren und achte auf Nachhaltigkeit. Es wäre schön wenn du ähnlich eingestellt bist, das ist aber kein Muss.
Auch ist mir Sauberkeit und das Aufteilen der Aufgaben wichtig.
