EN: I'm looking for a male or female professional to share my spacious 84m² apartment with, located at Karolingerplatz in Bilk. The available 17m² bedroom is unfurnished and the common areas total >45m². The apartment itself is light-filled and neat with renovated bathroom and spacious, modern kitchen including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and full-sized fridge. The only thing missing is a coffee machine - which could of course change! The common areas of the apartment are partially furnished.
The apartment opens with a large foyer and both the separate kitchen as well as separate living room are spacious - perfect for sitting down for dinner with friends or relaxing on the couch. The bathroom with shower and bathtub enjoys natural light & ventilation and includes an independent toilet which ensures that even in peak-hours, there are rarely any "traffic jams" for the shower :) There is a small balcony, additional storage space in the cellar and the common garden can be used, especially convenient for storing bikes off the street.

Die Wohnung ist hell, hübsch und sauber mit renoviertern Wannenbad und geräumiger, moderner Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank, leider ohne Kaffeemaschine.
Das Apartment ist aufgeteilt in eine geräumige Küche, einen recht großen Eingangsbereich, ein Wohnzimmer und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer und eine separates WC. Der Garten kann genutzt werden. Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden.
