Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes Zimmer in der einer super tollen 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist riesig (30m2) und hat einen Balkon. Ausgestattet ist es mit einem Bett (140x200cm), Couch, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Fernseher.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum S-Bahnhof Bilk und ist deshalb in alle Richtungen (vor allem zum Hauptbahnhof 2 Minuten) perfekt angebunden. Zudem findet man viele Geschäfte, welche fußläufig erreichbar sind. In der Innenstadt ist man mit der U-Bahn in 5 Minuten. Auch die Uni erreicht man innerhalb von 10 Minuten.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Simon (32) einem Referendar (Lehramt) und Clara (27) Studentin (Ausstellungsdesign). Simon ist gerade neu eingezogen. Bisher haben wir gerne mal etwas zusammen gekocht und abends zusammen auf dem Balkon gesessen und gemütlich ein Gläschen Wein oder Bier getrunken. Trotzdem kann man auch seine Privatsphäre haben und Tür zu seinem Zimmer schließen.
