Die Lage der Wohnung ist in vieler Hinsicht optimal. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist eine Minute entfernt. Von dort fahren die Straßen- und U-Bahnen in die Innenstadt, zur Uni und in fast jeden anderen Teil von Düsseldorf. Der Bahnhof Bilk ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs, sodass man auch schnell aus Düsseldorf raus fahren kann.
Ein Netto ist gleich um die Ecke und viele andere Supermärkte ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Einige nette Restaurants, Cafés und Kneipen befinden sich in fußläufiger Nähe.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Monika, die deine neue Mitbewohnerin werden würde, ist Ärztin, macht gerne Sport und ist immer zu einem Pläuschchen in der Küche aufgelegt.
Über einen späteren Einzugstermin können wir ggf. reden. Besichtigungstermine auch gerne spontan ab frühem Nachmittag.
Es ist vorgesehen, dass im Spätsommer ein Balkon an die Wohnung angebaut wird.
