ich heiße Martin, bin 34 Jahre alt, berufstätig und ziehe beruflich bedingt aus Düsseldorf aus.
Daher vermiete ich ein Zimmer meiner schönen 2-Raum Wohnung in Bilk.
Kat, die Mitbewohnerin wird den Hauptmietvertrag übernehmen, allerdings nur ca. 30% Ihrer Zeit da sein. Dennoch will Sie dich natürlich gerne kennenlernen.
Ich würde gerne ein paar Möbel da lassen. Details können wir besprechen, falls Du Interesse hast. Für Küche, inkl. Waschmaschine, Ausstattung Balkon (Holzboden, Klapptisch und Sitze), Badeinrichtung und evtl. weitere Möbel (Sofa, Bett etc) freue ich mich über eine Abschlagszahlung von 500€.
Dein Zimmer hat exklusiven Zugang zu Bad, Flur, Küche und Balkon.
Kats Zimmer nur zu Flur und Bad.
Du merkst sicherlich schon-so miteinander zu wohnen klappt nur, wenn man sich prima versteht.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine Kühlschrank und rudimentärem Geschirr. Der Balkon ist wirklich schnucklig in Richtung Süden, überdacht und hat schon für einige Sommersonnenstunden zum Verweilen eingeladen.
Kat sucht einen Mitbewohner, der Lust hat, ein Stück weit den Tag miteinander in lockerer und bereichernder Art und Weise zu teilen und nicht nebeneinander Zweck-WG-mässig herzuleben. Auch wenn sie selten da sein wird.
Alles andere würde aufgrund des Wohnungszuschnittes schon mal nicht funktionieren.
