Da es mich für 4 Monate in die Welt hinaus zieht, möchte ich mein gemütliches Zimmer von Anfang/Mitte April bis Ende Juli untervermieten. Die Wohnung zählt zu einem Studentenwohnheim und ist unschlagbar günstig - 256€ Miete, inclusive Nebenkosten!
Du wohnst mit drei anderen super lieben Mädels in einer sauberen 4er WG. im 3. Obergeschoss – ihr teilt euch Küche und zwei Bäder😊 Das Zimmer selbst ist komplett möbliert. Es hat sogar einen kleinen Mini Balkon.
Zum Wohnheim gehört auch eine große Wiese auf der man im Sommer super Sonne tanken kann und ein Park ist auch nicht weit.
Außerdem ist die Lage super – 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Universität und auch mit der Bahn bist du schnell dort (3 Stationen bis Universität Ost). Mit den Bahnen erreichst du innerhalb von 10 Minuten sowohl Hauptbahnhof als auch in der Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe (Rewe, Penny, Netto).

Hello everyone!
I will spend some time abroad this year and I was hoping to sublet my cosy room during that time – from beginning/middle of April until the end of July.
My room is part of a student dormitory and it is really cheap: only 256€ per month, all costs included.
You will be living with three lovely girls in a clean apartment on the third floor – we have two bathrooms and one kitchen that you only share with your roommates. The room is fully furnished. There is even a tiny balcony.
The location is perfect – the University is really close. It only takes 5min to get there with the bicycle and 3 stops with the train.
If you feel like going to the city centre, you can take U71/73/83 and you will be in the Altstadt in 10 minutes. The main train station of Düsseldorf is also only 10 minutes away. Grocery shopping is also covered (Rewe, Netto, Penny) .
The only condition: you have to be a student (!!!)
