Volksgarten (huge park, 5 min walk)

Regional train (S-Bahn) stations that take you everywhere in the region (5 min walk), from there 15 min ride to the airport.
You are very close to the city center although it is very calm. Sleeping with open windows is no problem

I have a fulltime job 30 km away.
There is a living room and an office room that could be shared. I don't have any specific expectation how joint life in the flat will look like. It think it will unfold in a way that pleases every resident if we allow it to do so.
