Das Zimmer wird zur Zwischenmiete für 1 Monat vermietet und ist ab 1.10. frei, eventuell auch schon früher.
Das Zimmer ist schön hell und mit dunklem Laminat ausgelegt. Ich lasse die Couch im Zimmer (da kann man auch drauf schlafen), ansonten ist das Zimmer dann leer, da ich ausziehe.
Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit 2 Duschkabinen und WC, sowie ein weiteres separates WC.
Die Mietkosten sind inklusive alles.
Die Wohnung ist unglaublich zentral gelegen mit dem S-Bahnhof Bilk und dem U-Bahnhof Kirchplatz direkt fußläufig erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten könnten auch nicht besser sein, ein grosser REAL, ein REWE, sowie die Bilker Arcaden mit allem was man braucht sind quasi vor der Haustür.
Wir sind eine 4er WG, Florian ist Architekt, Klara ist Künstlerin und dann wird im Oktober zeitgleich mit dir noch eine Zwischenmieterin da sein.
