Da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht, wird zum 1.9. (ggf. etwas früher) ein Zimmer in unserer schönen, lichtdurchfluteten 82 qm Wohnung frei. Das unmöblierte Zimmer hat etwa 17 qm.
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern: Neben deinem und meinen gibt es ein ca. 18 qm Wohnzimmer mit Eckbalkon, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine Abstellkammer. Ein Kellerraum ist vorhanden. Die Küche (inkl. Kühlschrank, Geschirrspühlmaschine, Backofen) sollte vom Vormieter abgelöst werden; die Kosten können wir uns teilen, daher kommen noch einmalige €600 hinzu. Die Wohnung ist kürzlich saniert und in einem top Zustand.
Ich bin relativ offen für Möbel, die du mit in die Wohnung bringen möchtest :)

Since my roommate is moving out, a room in our beautiful, light-filled 82 sqm apartment will be available on 1.9. The unfurnished room is about 17 m2.
The apartment consists of three rooms: Beside yours and mine there is an approx. 18 m2 living room with a corner balcony, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and a storage room. A cellar room is available. The kitchen (incl. refrigerator, dishwasher, oven) should be replaced by the previous tenant; we can share the costs, so there is a one-time fee of €700. The apartment is recently renovated and in top condition.
I am quite open for furniture that you want to bring into the apartment :)
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und grün und dennoch sehr zentral.
Vor deinem Zimmer fließt direkt die Düssel. Der beliebte Volksgarten ist etwa 3 Gehminuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man großzügig geschätzt 12 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und auch fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Falls du ein Auto hast findest du ohne große Probleme einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung.

The location is very quiet and green but still very central.
The stream Düssel flows directly in front of your room. The popular Volksgarten is about 3 minutes away on foot.
The next supermarket is about 5 minutes away.
By bike you need about 12 minutes to the city center.
Public transport is in the immediate vicinity and can also be reached quickly on foot.
If you have a car, you can easily find a parking space in the surrounding area.

Ich bin im Januar aus beruflichen und auch privaten Gründen nach Düsseldorf gezogen. Davor habe ich in München gewohnt und bin in den USA, California aufgewachsen.
Was das WG-Leben angeht bin ich ein sehr entspannter Mensch. Mir ist ein gewisser Grad an Ordnung und Sauberkeit wichtig, aber ich bin auch kein Mensch der jeden Krümmel aufhebt und ausrastet, wenn Geschirr in der Spüle steht. Das Thema putzen haben wir mit einer Putzhilfe gelöst.
Ich bin unternehmungslustig und plane gerne Ausflüge in die Umgebubg. An Wochenenden bin ich öfters bei meinen Freund in Amsterdam, oder er ist auch mal hier. Für ein Glas Wein zum Feierabend bin ich gerne zu haben.
Was du noch wissen solltest, ich möchte mir demnächst einen Hund zulegen, daher solltest du kein Problem damit haben mit jungen Hunden zusammen zu wohnen.
Schreibt mir doch gerne ein bisschen was über euch.

About me 😊
I moved to Düsseldorf in January for professional and private reasons. Before that I lived in Munich and grew up in California.
As far as living in a shared flat I am a very relaxed person. A certain degree of order and cleanliness is important to me, but I am also not a person who picks up every crumb and freaks out when dishes are in the sink. We have solved the cleaning problem with a cleaner who comes every week. (We can discuss this).
I am adventurous and like to plan trips in the surrounding area, on weekends I often visit my boyfriend in Amsterdam, or he is here sometimes.
Depending on my workload, I would also be open for a glass of wine in the evenings as well :)
Another thing you should know is that I plan to get a dog soon, so you should have no problem living with young dogs.
