Ich suche eine Person, die gerne ab sofort oder spätestens ab Anfang Dezember, mein gemütliches Zimmer in Bilk übernehmen möchte.
Es handelt sich um einen Altbau, ausgestattet mit Parkettboden und eigener Dusche. Vom Zimmer aus besteht ein direkter Zugang zur Terasse/unserem Garten, wodurch es schön hell und besonders ruhig ist. Sehr gerne dürfen Bett, Tisch, Vorhänge und Regal übernommen werden, was aber keine Hauptbedingung darstellt.
Außerdem gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Küche mit Spülmaschine. Im Keller gibt es die Möglichkeit Waschmaschine und Trockner zu benutzen. Auch gibt es genügend Lagermöglichkeiten.
Bei dem Preis handelt es sich um die Warmmiete, aber ohne Nebenkosten. Es würden nochmal ca. 50 € zusätzlich dazukommen. Ich selbst habe hier einige Monate gewohnt, die Mietdauer ist also recht flexibel, da es ein Untermietvertrag ist. Eine Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.
I am looking for a new person to take over my cozy place, located in Bilk. To rent is a beautiful room with a wooden floor and a private little shower. You have direct access to our garden from your room, so you get lots of light and calm. If you would like to, curtains, furniture (bed, desk, shelf) can be taken over, but not a must.
Other than that we share a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen (incl. dishwasher). In the basement, we have the possibility to store things, but also to use the washing and drying machines.
The price of the room is the warm rent, but without extra costs, that will probably be around 50 € to be calculated on top.
I have lived here for almost a year, so the renting period is quiet flexible, as it is a subrent contract. You can of course do your Anmeldung here, if you need to.

Die Wohnung ist in Bilk, direkt an der Station Südring und in der Nähe vom Aachener Platz, sowie Bilk S, sodass man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. In der Umgebung befinden sich quasi vor der Haustür drei Supermärkte (Aldi/Lidl/Edeka), Kiosk, Apotheke und Restaurants bzw. ein Eisladen. Man ist also sehr gut versorgt zu jeder Uhrzeit.
Our house is located in Bilk, directly in front of the station Südring and near Aachener Platz & Bilk S, where you have U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and Tram going to the center. You have 3 supermarkets, a pharmacy, kiosks and a restaurant/ice cream store directly in front of the house, which is very practical for any time of the day.
Du würdest mit Fadi zusammen wohnen, er hat sich kurz vorgestellt:
Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere International Business und Management und arbeite nebenbei in einer Galerie. Ich bin ein ziemlich sozialer Mensch und verbringe gerne Zeit mit Freunden, entweder drinnen oder draußen. Ich genieße aber auch etwas Zeit für mich. Ansonsten mache ich im Frühjahr / Sommer viel im Garten und würde mich freuen, wenn wir uns gemeinsam darum kümmern könnten. Im Allgemeinen sind mir Sauberkeit und Ordnung sehr wichtig. Ich bin auch offen für jemanden, der mit mir einen Beitrag leisten möchte, um die Wohnung gemütlicher und komfortabler zu gestalten. Ich freue mich über eine harmonische und respektvolle Miteinander.

I'm a fairly social person and enjoy hanging out with friends, either indoors or outdoors. But I also enjoy some time for myself. Otherwise, I do a lot in the garden in spring/summer and would be happy if we could take care of it together. In general, cleanliness and order are very important to me. I am also open to someone who would like to contribute with me to make the apartment more cozy and comfortable. I look forward to a harmonious and respectful relation.
Wie gesagt können einige oder alle Möbel gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden. Es ist aber kein Muss.
Es wäre toll, wenn Du etwas über Dich schreiben könntest und sagen könntest, wie Du Dir das WG-Leben vorstellst. Falls Du Fragen haben solltest, zögere nicht mir zu schreiben.
As said, the furniture can be taken over, but it should not be a criterium for renting the room.
