Ich reise zwischen dem 15.01 und 27.02 in meine Heimat Argentinien und würden für diese Zeit gerne mein Zimmer vermieten. Es ist ein geräumiges, helles und voll möbliertes Zimmer (inkl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher). Es ist 22 qm groß und der Raum ist gemütlich beleuchtet, inspiriert vom Dänmarks Hygge-Konzept. Ich habe auch ein Klavier, dies bleibt auch im Zimmer und ich würde mich freuen wenn du Spaß am Klavierspielen hast. :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bestmöglicher Lage am Kirchplatz in Düsseldorf.
Der Biosupermarket ist direkt neben an, und ein REWE um Ecke (30 sec). Außerdem verbinden dich 4 verschiedene U-Bahn Linien innerhalb ganz Düsseldorf und mit dem Bus sind es 7 Minuten bis zum Hbf.
In der WG wohnen außerdem noch Neele (25), Jurastudentin, spricht perfekt Spanisch, Nina (28) ist Küchenplanerin und Christoph (27) hat sein Marketing- und Kommunikationsstudium in Düsseldorf begonnen. Alle drei sind super nett, entspannt und immer für eine gute Unterhaltung oder einen netten Abend zu haben.
Die Miete beträgt 395 Euro pro Monat, einschließlich allem, also für den gesamten Zeitraum 590 Euro. Ich bin im Bezug auf den genauen Zeitraum völlig flexibel ( + / - 1 Woche ist kein Problem) . Wenn du also nur einen Monat hier sein möchtest oder ein paar Tage länger, ist das auch in Ordnung.

Beautiful 22 m2 Room, fully furnished, with bedsheets and general bed clothes. Everything is provided.
I have lighted the room inspired on Denmarks Hygge concept. I also have a piano which I am happy if you want to play it. :)
The apartment is in the best possible location in Düsseldorf at the Kirchplatz.
Biosupermarket is directly next to us, REWE in the corner. In the corner we have 4 U-Bahn and Hbf is 7 min by bus.
In the house you will live with Neele (25), law student, speaks perfect spanish, Nina (28) is a Küchenplanner, Christoph (27) started his Marketing and Communciation studies in Düsseldorf. All of them are very nice to talk to, relaxed, good interesting people.
Rent is 395 euros per month, including everything, so for the total period it would be 592Euros. I am completely flexible regarding dates, so if you only need a month that is also ok.
