Ich ziehe in einer andere Wohnung und suche sobald wie möglich einen Nachmieter. Es sollte aber betont werden, dass die WG am 31/12 ausgelöst wird und die Wohnung wird gekündigt. Es ist eher geeignet für Studenten, Erasmus Studenten oder Personen die eher etwas provisorisches suchen.
Das Zimmer ist in April 2019 gestrichen worden und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand ( ich bin nicht Raucher).
Es ist ein schönes kleines Zimmer nah an der Universität Düsseldorf und nur 5 Min zu Fuß von Bilk S-Bahn. Das Zimmer bietet einen großen Fenster und schaut auf einen großen Garten. Es ist alles da, Möbel, Schreibtisch. Waschmaschine und auch Spülmaschine. Wohnzimmer ist auch vorhanden.

I am moving to another flat and am looking for a new tenant as soon as possible. However, it should be pointed out that the flat share will be terminated on 31/12 and the flat will be terminated.
