Hi everyone,
I will not be in Germany from 26th October 2022 till 22rd December 2022. I am looking for someone to sublease my room. Here are the details of the apartment:
* Design - 60m^2, shared by 2 people. Your bedroom is roughly 12-15m^2. Shared kitchen/ bathroom. We also have a small balcony

* Price – EUR500/month, including Nebenkosten. 1 Month rent (EUR500) as the deposit.
*Duration: From 26th October 2022 till 22rd December 2022 (end of December also possible)
The strop Karolingerplatz is in 1 min walk. Netto and Arabic shop are also next to it. Dusseldorf Arcaden is 3 mins away by foot.
You will be living with one guy who is doing his ausbildung. He is from Morocco. He is a really friendly person. We eat together from time to time. It's up to you what kind of flatshare you want to have.
We have a cleaning schedule. We clean the apartment in turns every week so the person living here would be required to follow the schedule.
