Hey,
I’m going to leave my room at the end of August and I’m looking for a person to take over my room from the end of August / first of September. If you would like to live in a WG that is located in the middle of Dusseldorf with a low monthly rent, this would be perfect for you
The flat is located in the city centre, between the central station and the Koningsallee, which makes everything reachable by foot within a few minutes. There is a big supermarket ‘edeka’ just around the corner for all your food shopping, an U and S bahn can be found within a two / three minute walk and there is a big variety of restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The flat has a big living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Furthermore, the kitchen has everything you need and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. You will share the flat with 3 other people, two guys and one girl who are nice, friendly and are up for a chat or beer.
The cost for the room is 370 euros, this includes all the bills.
The room is approximately 25 square meters and has direct access to the balcony with a couch and chairs to enjoy the sun.
The room should be taken over with all of the furniture, which includes the following items:
- Double Bed
- Curtains
- Big closet for all your clothes
- Another closet
- Chair
- One more extra closet with three mirrors on it.
- Couch on the balcony
