Suche netten Mitbewohner (m/w) für meine 3- Zimmer-Wohnung in Derendorf. Bin eher ruhiger vom Typ her. Das Zimmer ist in meiner schönen 80 qm großen Altbauwohnung in Pempelfort - renovierter Altbau. Es ist 15 qm groß und die Wohnung verfügt über einen Garten, der genutzt werden kann. Er bietet auch einen Grillplatz. In der Straße gibt es schöne und angesagte Cafes und zusammen mit den umliegenden Straßen das, was man sonst noch so an Infrastruktur braucht. Trotzdem ist alles noch überschaubar und gemütlich. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sowohl zur Stadt, als auch in die benachbarten Städte gut. Es sind Anwohner-Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden (25 EUR im Jahr). Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche in hellem Birken- und Buchenholz. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett aus Massivholz. Die hochwertige-Matratze ist rückenschonend. Ein doppeltüriger Schrank dient zum Unterbringen Ihrer Kleidung. Ein Fernseh-Kabel-Anschluss kann einfach in das Zimmer verlegt werden. Der Rudfunkbeitrag muss gemeinsam bezahlt werden.

I am looking for a nice appartment mate (m, f) for my 3-room-flat in Pempelfort. Basically I am a more quiet person. The room is located within my nice 80 m² huge flat in Permpelfort (completely new renovated tall rooms). Room size is 15m² (rectangle square) and offers a backyard garden, that can be used for relaxation (e.g. barbequeue). In the street, there are fine and attractive cafés, and altogether with the neighbour streets the environment offers all typically necessary infrastructure (shopping, services, and even airport, main station, fair hall by a 15-minutes-ride). In spite of its central, urban situation all is clearly structured and cozy. The link to public transport is optimal to the city centre as well as to other towns in the Rhine-Ruhr area (e.g. Cologne, Essen). Economic parking opportunities are given just around the corner (25 EUR fee per year). The loft offers a big kitchen and living-room with light wooden furniture. The room accommodation includes all kind of modern up-to-date furniture, e.g. a bed made from massive wood. A double-door cupboard serves for keeping your clothes and other stuff. Also, a cable-TV adapter can be simply installed in this room (if interested).
Internationally orientated short-term bookers are welcome as well! The Rundfunkbeitrag has to be paid together.
Verkehrsgünstige Lage sowohl für Autofahrer als auch mit dem ÖPVN. Nahe am Flughafen ohne Fluglärm viel zu hören, nahe der Autobahn, Autobahnzubringer ganz nah, nahe HBF, nahe Citycentre mit dem Öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Neue Fachhochschule sowie die FOM sind um die Ecke. Bf Derendorf und St. Vinzenzkrankenhaus sind sehr nahe Haltestellen. Essen, Köln, Dortmund leicht zu erreichen mit der S-bahn. Neuss sehr nah mit dem Auto. Zwei Parks zum Spazierengehen oder Joggen sowie ein Fitnesscenter um die Ecke. Supermärkte in der Strasse sowie gute Restaurants, Cafes und Bars.
Suche ruhige kommunikative Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner. Bin selbst ruhig und meistens mit vielen Dingen beschäftigt. Oft physisch abwesend durch Studium und Auslandsaufenthalte. Häufiger tagelanger Besuch von Familienmitgliedern oder Freunden meiner Mitbewohner kann mir leicht zu viel werden und sollte vorher abgesprochen werden, damit ich dann teilweise woanders sein kann - z.B. in meiner Zweitwohnung in Leverkusen.
