Ich (35 und Küchenchef eines Restaurants) suche zum 1.4.14 eine/n Mitbewohner/in.
Zu vermieten wär ein ca. 21qm großes unmöbliertes Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist 95 qm groß besitzt noch 3 weitere Zimmer, davon ist 1 gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Der Ost-Balkon befindet sich direkt an der großen Wohnküche und das ganze in einen Altbau, mit sehr hohen Decken. Die Einrichtung ist im Landhaus-Stiel.
Im Mietpreis von ca 530€ ist ziemlich alles enthalten. Warm-miete, Internet, Tel, TV, Putzfrau 1x wöchentlich. Bügelt auch!
Zu mir:
Da ich abends berufsbedingt nicht immer Zuhause bin, solltest du nicht mit dem Typischen Mitbewohner rechnen.
Sonst bin ich super umgänglich, kommunikativ und genieße auch sehr meine Freizeit, die man dann auch gerne mal zusammen planen kann.
Zu dir:
Du solltest zwischen 27 und 45 +-, normal ordentlich, berufstätig und finanziell unabhängig sein.
