da ich zum 01.02.2019 ausziehe, suchen wir eine nette Mitbewohnerin für unsere 2er WG. Luna (deine spätere Mitbewohnerin) ist 22 und macht derzeit eine Ausbildung zur Hotelkauffrau in der Innenstadt. Wir wohnen in Derendorf mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei Bahnstationen um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche sowie einen großen Flur. Die Zimmer gehen alle vom Flur ab, so dass die zwei WG-Zimmer gegenüber und nicht nebeneinander liegen. Eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner und ein Kellerabteil sind vorhanden. Die Miete beträgt 410€ plus 50€ (Strom und Gas) und circa 7€ WLAN jeden Monat. Die Wohnung liegt super gelegen zwischen Flughafen und Innenstadt und Nähe zum Rhein.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie zwei Bahnstationen. Mit der Bahn oder dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder am Flughafen. Zum Rhein sind es ebenfalls 10 Minuten. Außerdem befindet sich der Hochschucampus direkt fußläufig zur Wohnung
