Schönes, gut eingerichtetes Zimmer in Düsseldorf Derendorf, mit Bett, Schränken und Küche im Zimmer. Außerhalb des Zimmers ist noch ein Backofen, sowie eine Toilette mit Dusche.
Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten, Heizung, GEZ, Strom, Internet (Wlan), sowie Waschmaschine (steht im Keller), Trockner, und Müll etc. pp. Weiterhin kommt eine Putzfrau und putzt das Treppenhaus und die Sanitäreinrichtungen, sowie die Küchen.
Besonders toll ist das riesige Bogenfenster mit breiter Fensterbank, die zum Kaffee am Fenster trinken einlädt.
Der Preis ist der Preis, den ich aktuell zahle, ob sich da noch etwas dran verändert weiß ich nicht. Ich zahle aktuell 530€ all-in und habe keinerlei weitere Kosten.
Der Schreibtisch und das Kallax Regal, sowie die Bettwäsche kommt mit mir mit.
Der Rest bleibt drin.

Nice, well furnished room in Düsseldorf Derendorf, with bed, cupboards and kitchen in the room. Outside the room is an oven and a toilet with a shower.
The price includes all additional costs, heating, GEZ, electricity, Internet (WiFi), as well as washing machine (in the basement), dryer, and garbage etc. pp. Furthermore, a cleaning lady comes and cleans the stairwell and the sanitary facilities, as well as the kitchens.
The huge arched window with a wide window sill, which invites you to drink coffee by the window, is particularly great.
The price is the price I'm currently paying, I don't know whether anything will change in that. I am currently paying € 530 all-in and have no further costs.
The desk and the Kallax shelf, as well as the bed linen come with me.
The rest stays in.

Hammer Lage in der Stadt, zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten ist man am Rhein, in 10min an der Hochschule Düsseldorf (HSD), sowie in 15min mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt (Kö-Bogen).
Die Haltestelle Düsseldorf Tannenstraße ist man zu Fuß in 2 Minuten, von dort fährt die 707 und die 705 Richtung Innenstadt. Die U71 fährt vom Golzheimer Platz, erreichbar in 10min Fußmarsch, von dort ist man in 7min auf der Königsallee.
Great location in the city, on foot you are on the Rhine in 15 minutes, in 10 minutes at the University of Düsseldorf (HSD), and in 15 minutes by bike in the city center (Kö-Bogen).
The Düsseldorf Tannenstrasse stop is a 2-minute walk, from there the 707 and 705 in the direction of the city center. The U71 runs from Golzheimer Platz, reachable in 10 minutes by foot, from there you are in 7 minutes on Königsallee.
Das WG Leben ist hier sehr ungezwungen, die Mitbewohner sind sehr unkompliziert, haben sich nie beschwert und nie gestört. Die Mitbewohner sieht man aber eher selten. Die Nachbarn unterhalb sind sehr nett, alle Studenten aus diversen Ländern, sprechen Spanisch, Deutsch und Englisch.
Living in a shared apartment is very informal here, the roommates are very uncomplicated, have never complained and never bothered. But you rarely see the roommates. The neighbors below are very nice, all students from various countries speak Spanish, German and English.
Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, sollte mal irgendwas nicht funktionieren ist in der Regel am nächsten Tag alles wieder heil.
Weiterhin gibt es einen Garten, der aktuell als Abstellplatz für mein Fahrrad dient.
The property management is very courteous and friendly, if something should not work, everything is safe again the next day.
There is also a garden that is currently used as a parking space for my bike.
