Wir vermieten ein kleines aber feines WG Zimmer in einer geräumigen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt an der HS D. Die Miete ist all-inclusive!
Zur Wohnung gehören eine Wohnküche, ein Bad, ein separates WC und zwei weitere Zimmer. Eins davon wird auch vermietet, das andere reservieren wir für ein im Ausland studierendes Familienmitglied. Es ist zur Zeit als Wohnzimmer eingerichtet und kann gern auch so genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und mit ausgewählten Vintage Möbeln eingerichtet. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist
2-in-1: entweder schmales Daybed oder komfortables Queensize Bett.
Eine komplette Küchenausstattung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine steht gegen Unkostenbeitrag in einer hellen und sehr sauberen Waschküche im Erdgeschoss zur Verfügung.
Alle zusätzlichen Gebühren inklusive WLan, TV Gebühr, Strom, etc. sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten!
Wir freuen uns auf Menschen, die in Düsseldorf eine Zeitlang studieren oder arbeiten, sich hier für ein paar Monate zu Hause fühlen möchten und unsere Wohnung auch so behandeln :-) Wir vermieten im Moment vorzugsweise für ein Austauschsemester oder Praktikum, also für circa 6 Monate.
We rent a small but cozy room in a spacious apartment just across from the University of Applied Sciences Duesseldorf. The rent is all-inclusive!
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and two other rooms. One of
these is for rent as well, the other (20 square meters) is reserved for a family member but the tenants are welcome to use it as a living room in his long term absence.
The apartment is newly renovated and furnished with selected vintage pieces. The bed in this room is actually a twin and can be enlarged easily. Kitchen equipment, sheets and towels are also available. A laundry room in the house can be used at (low) extra costs.
We rent the rooms preferably for one semester or for about 6 months if you are on an internship. We look forward to people who study or work in Duesseldorf for a certain time, who would like to feel at home here for a while and treat our apartment as such :-)
The rent is all-inclusive! No extra costs for WIFI or energy bills!!!

Das Zimmer liegt super verkehrsgünstig im Norden der Innenstadt, direkt gegenüber der Hochschule Düsseldorf (mit öffentlicher Mensa). Das nächste Fitnessstudio ist gleich nebenan. Inklusive Bus & Bahn, Leihrollern und Leihfahrrädern gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe alles zum Ankommen und Herumfahren, außer Parkplätzen ;-)
The room is very conveniently located in the north of the city center, facing the University of Applied Sciences. The next tram and train station is just steps away. Including rental scooters and rental bikes, there is everything you need to arrive and drive around, except parking ;-) A popular fitness studio is also next door.
Die komfortable Wohnung mit großem Wohnzimmer ist zur Zeit für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Ein Zimmer wird gerade von der Praktikantin (24) einer bekannten Unternehmensberatung bewohnt.
The spacious apartment wtih a huge living room is actually equipped for two people. One room is now occupied by an intern (f/24) in a major management consultancy.
Die Wohnung ist in Privatbesitz. Da ein Familienmitglied selbst im Ausland studiert, bieten wir hier gern deutschen und internationalen Studenten oder Praktikanten ein Zuhause auf Zeit.
The apartment is private property. As a member of our family is studying abroad himself, we like to rent the place to international students or interns.
