So your room is 21 square meters and very bright because of the big windows! The room faces the inner courtyard at the back, so it is pleasantly quiet. It has a laminate floor and is rented unfurnished so you can design it according to your own style ;)
The kitchen is big enough to easily cook your meals. There's a balcony attached with the kitchen to hang out and get some fresh air (perfect for the summers: D). I would also be interested in renovating the balcony together or making changes to the apartment interior if you would like that :)
The apartment is well equipped. Unfortunately, we don't have a dishwasher, but if you like I would be interested in changing that in the future;)
Location wise you'll be in 5 minutes at the Flingern S-bahn station where you can take trams and buses as well. The Kettwiger Str. Ubahn stop is also a few minutes walk away :)
A bit about myself. I'm currently doing a PhD and will stay in Düsseldorf for another 3 years probably. I'm still learning German and would like if you are fluent or also learning. I'm a very open minded person who likes to make friends and have nice conversations. In my free time I watch a lot of Netflix, watch and play football, go to parks and do sports etc. I would be open to doing things together, but no pressure ofcourse :)
