Schönes WG-Zimmer in großer Wohnung und bester Lage!

Die WG in der Herzogstraße liegt super zentral in Düsseldorf-Friedrichstadt, direkt an der Kreuzung zur Friedrichstraße. Zentraler geht es nicht!

Einkaufen: In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man Aldi, Lidl, Rewe und einen Bio-Basic sowie alle anderen Läden des täglichen Bedarfs (Bäcker, Apotheke, Post, DM, Cafés, etc.). In ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man außerdem Edeka.

ÖPNV: In ca. 4 Minuten ist man am Kirchplatz (U-Bahn & Bus), in ca. 8 Minuten ist man am Graf-Adolf-Platz (U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Bus) und innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten an der Berliner-Allee (U-Bahn, Straßenbahn).Von dort erreicht man eigentlich alle Ziele, wie z.B. den Hauptbahnhof, die Universität oder die Altstadt.

Spazieren / Joggen / Shoppen: Zum Rhein und Medienhafen läuft man ca. 15 Minuten, in die Altstadt oder den Carlsplatz ebenfalls ca. 15 Minuten, zu den Düsseldorfer Arcaden ca. 10 Minuten und die weltberühmte KÖ ist noch nicht einmal 5 Minuten entfernt. Man kann also sehr gut, spazieren, joggen und shoppen gehen. Wenn man in der Altstadt feiern war ist der Heimweg auch nicht weit. Eine bessere Lage geht einfach nicht! :)

The WG in Herzogstraße is super centrally located in Düsseldorf-Friedrichstadt, directly at the corner to Friedrichstraße. It doesn't get more central than this!

Shopping: In about 5 minutes you can reach Aldi, Lidl, Rewe and a Bio-Basic as well as all other stores for daily needs (baker, pharmacy, post office, DM, cafes, etc.). In about 10 minutes you can also reach Edeka.

Public transport: In about 4 minutes you are at Kirchplatz (subway & bus), in about 8 minutes you are at Graf-Adolf-Platz (subway, tram, bus) and within about 10 minutes at Berliner-Allee (subway, tram). From there you can actually reach all destinations, such as the main station, the university or the old town.

Walking / jogging / shopping: To the Rhine and Medienhafen you walk about 15 minutes, to the old townor Carlsplatz also about 15 minutes, to the Düsseldorf Arcaden about 10 minutes and the world famous KÖ is not even 5 minutes away. So the possibility to go for a walk, jogging and shopping is great. If you were partying in the old town, the way home is also not far. A better location simply does not exist! :)

Deine neuen Mitbewohner*innen sind entspannt und gesellig. Unter der Woche ist es meistens eher ruhig, da alle einen unterschiedlichen Arbeits-/Alltagsrhythmus haben. Zwischendurch und vor allem am Wochenende finden wir aber immer wieder Zeit zu quatschen, für gemeinsames Essen, Spieleabende oder Sport. 😊

Deine neuen Mitbewohner*innen sind:

Laura (30) kommt ursprünglich aus Brasilien. Sie macht ebenfalls gerade einen MBA. Sie ist sehr gesellig und hat sehr viel positive Energie. Sie steht in der Regel sehr früh auf, um bereits morgens Sport zu treiben. Abends ist sie aber auch immer für ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein zu haben.

Alihan (28) kommt ursprünglich aus der Türkei. Er ist ganz entspannt und ist immer gut gelaunt. Mit ihm kann man sich super über alles mögliche unterhalten. Bevor er nach Düsseldorf kam hat er bereits in Berlin gewohnt und gearbeitet.

Florian (27) kommt aus Deutschland. Er macht zur Zeit sein Praktikum in Bonn/Heimatbüro. Er ist ein sehr lustiger und freundlicher Typ, der bereits umfangreiche Auslandserfahrungen in mehreren Ländern gesammelt hat, darunter Portugal und Brasilien!

Alle sprechen ganz gut Deutsch aber oft wird in der WG auch englisch gesprochen.

Your new flatmates are relaxed and sociable. During the week, it is usually rather quiet, as everyone has a different work/day-to-day rhythm. In between and especially on weekends we always find time to chat, eat together, play games or do sports. 😊

Your new flatmates are:

Laura (30) is originally from Brazil. She is also doing an MBA right now. She is very sociable and has a lot of positive energy. She usually gets up very early to do sports already in the morning. In the evening she is always available for a beer or a glass of wine.

Alihan (28) is originally from Turkey. He is very relaxed and is always in a good mood. You can have a great conversation with him about anything. Before he came to Düsseldorf, he already lived and worked in Berlin.

Florian (27) is from Germany. He is doing his internship in Bonn/home office at the moment. He is a very fun and friendly guy who had extensive experience abroad before in multiple countries, including Portugal and Brazil!

Everyone speaks German quite well but English is often spoken in the shared flat.

Sonstiges
In den Nebenkosten sind bereits alle Kosten enthalten (Internet, Strom, Gas, GEZ, etc.).

Wir werden zunächst ein Online-Kennenlernen machen (voraussichtlich über Zoom). Falls Du bereits in Düsseldorf sein solltest, kannst Du dann auch gerne nochmal persönlich vorbeikommen.
