Hallo zusammen,
Da ich zurück nach Frankreich wegen neuen Job muss, suche ich einen Nachmieter für ein 40 qm grosses Zimmer, mit bodentiefen Fenstern mit Blick auf ein schöner, ruhiger Garten.
Die ganze Wohnung ist ca 120qm gross, mit 1 renoviert Küche, 2 Bad, Flur und eben noch zwei Zimmer, die allerdings ein ganzes Stück kleiner sind.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zum Zoo Park entfernt. Es ist ruhig und schön.
706 Schumannstrasse Haltestelle liegt vor der Tür und 708/712/713/703 Haltestellen, sowie Rewe/Rossman/dm sind an 5. Minuten zu Fuss.
Du würdest mit Paul zusammenwohnen. Er ist 26 Jahre alt. und berufstätig. Er kann entweder deutsch oder english.
Erreichbar bin ich am Besten per Telefon. Besichtigung kommenden Montag bis Donnerstag den ganzen Tag wäre bei mir ganz gut. Ansonsten finden wir aber auch gerne eine andere Gelegenheit .
