I finished my PhD and am starting a new job in another city therefore leaving the apartment.
The room is about 20 squaremeters and is furnished. The price for the furniture is 150 euro; a desk, a desk lamp, a 160 cm bed with mattress, a small wardrobe (not suitable for hanging clothes), a shelf, a carpet, an old sofa, an under TV cabinet.
The rent for the room is 285 euro. In the rent everything (e.g. internet, heating, electricity etc.) is included.
The apartment is in a good location, next to Grunerstr tramstation of 708 line to Düsseldorf HBF. Also it is at 10 min walking distance to Derendorf s-bahn. Additionally, next to apartment there is a night bus-stop of NE3 from and to altstad-hbf, which is perfect for connection after midnight.
It is a 4er WG and you will be living with two girls, one guy; one German, one French and one Italian. It is not a Zweck-WG. we spend time together, meet usually in Kitchen and have dinner together sometimes.
We have large and good kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. are all there ready to use.
Deposit (Kaution) is 400 euro.
We are looking for someone (male or female) who likes the multinational, multicultural environment.
the appointment for visiting the apartment will be on Tuesday, 17 of February at 19.00-21-40.
