Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a nice flatmate to share the apartment with me.
The flat is available from 7th of January. The apartment is very close to Dusseldorf Zoo station. The location is excellent and very well connected by S-bahn and Trams c.a 5 minutes by foot. Supermarkets like Rewe and Aldi are right around the corner c.a 3 minutes away. A lot of nice Cafes, Restaurants, Banks are on RethelStrasse also really close by.
The apartment has a huge living room, kitchen and Bathroom, the whole flat is about 75 sq.m in total. Your room is about 17 sq.m. The flat is on a 2nd floor.
The rent is 450 Euro per month (including all: Internet, Electricity, heating charges). The caution is nearly 2 months rent: 885 Euro. There is a fee for waschine machine, as my flatmate is selling her half which is 120 euros.
I am native polish girl, open minded, easy going. I fluently speak English, and I am still learning German. I moved to Dusseldorf nearly 2 years ago for job. I lived with people from different backgrounds and cultures in the past. I am 28 and I work in public relations and marketing. I am not looking for students (I am sorry), just people who are currently employed at the age of 24-35.
