Wir sind eine berufstätige WG und drei junge, unkomplizierte Typen. Da nun einer auszieht suchen wir für das 15qm große Zimmer einen neuen Mitbewohner. Das Zimmer wird größtenteils unmöbliert übergeben. Es ist ziemlich geräumig und man kann es sich gemütlich einrichten (siehe Bilder).
Wir sind dann zwei berufstätige Beamte im Alter von 27 Jahren und arbeiten in unterschiedlichen Schichten, weshalb man die komplette Wohnung oftmals auch mal für sich alleine hat. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich groß vor allem das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer, wo wir ab und an mal eine Runde Dart spielen oder einfach nur quatschen. Für das frei werdende Zimmer sind wir offen euch kennenzulernen.
Der günstige Mietpreis kommt daher, dass die Vermieter so fair sind und die Wohnung, welche seit Jahren in WG-Hand ist, günstig an uns vermieten und den Mietpreis nicht erhöhen.
