Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und 17.5m² groß. Es ist lichtdurchflutet und gemütlich mit einer großen Couch zum Chillen und großem Flatscreen- Tv plus DVD-Player. Die ganze Wohnung ist insgesamt 94m² groß mit 2 Zimmern, Flur, Küche und Bad. Bad und Küche wirst Du Dir mit Deinem Mitbewohner teilen (er ist sehr, sehr nett, also keine Sorge :).
Im Zimmer sind alle Möbel erst gut 1 Jahr alt , und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Zimmer ist 17.5m², Die ganze Wohnung ist vor 3 Jahren renoviert worden, alles ist in wunderbarem Zustand. es gibt ein großes Wohn-/ Esszimmer und eine große Diele. In meine Zimmer ist ein großer Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und ein Kosmetiktischchen (kann ich auf Wunsch gerne entfernen). Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr hell.
Mitbewohnerin ist eine 28 Jährige freundlich, saubere, unternehmenslustige und leicht umgängliche , Ich bin berufstätig und deshalb unter der Woche nur am Abend zu Hause.
Schreibt mir doch einfach eine kurze Mail, bitte keine großen Lebensläufe, ich möchte einfach nur jemanden zuverlässiges , der Lust hat hier in dieser tollen Lage und WG ,
