Biete günstig ein kleines, gemütliches 4er WG Zimmer in ruhiger Lage in Eller an. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schreibtisch), allerdings sind auch noch einige Sachen vom eigentlichen Mieter im Zimmer. Du wirst aber trotzdem genug Platz für deine Sachen haben. Die Küche ist recht groß, Geschirr und alles was zum Kochen nötig ist, wird geteilt. Geschirr- und Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Ehrlich gesagt, ist alles kein Luxus, aber für den Preis passt es schon.
Ruhige Lage im Hinterhaus. Nur 2 Minuten von der Haltestelle Schlesische Str zu Fuß entfernt. Allerdings direkt zwischen 2 Kirchen, die öfters mal rumbimmeln. Das Haus gehört auch der Kirche.
2 berufstätige Jungs und eine Studentin. Besonders wir Berufstätige sind recht eingespannt, aber wir sehen uns schon öfters mal in der Küche und quatschen ein bisschen. Nachts ist die WG meist sehr ruhig.
Einfach mal Kontakt aufnehmen und einen Termin zum Kennenlernen verabreden, gerne noch vor Weihnachten.
