It is a 4 floor house with 4 individual furnished rooms to rent.
The room has a single bed, closet, shelf, desk and chair.
It is very bright with big windows. It has floor heating.
The common rooms include, living room, kitchen, basement and attic. On the 1. floor there are 2 room and a full sized bathroom with bath tub and shower. On the 2. floor there is 2 rooms with a bathroom with shower.
The basement will have a laundry machine.
There will also be a cleaning lady for 2 times per month to clean common space and bathrooms. WIFI is included!

Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind Wohnzimmer, Küche, Keller, Dachgeschoss und Garten.
Auf der 1. Etage gibt es 2 Zimmer und ein Bad.
Auf der 2. Etage gibt es 2 Zimmer und ein Bad.
Im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine. WIFI und die Kosten für eine Putzfrau für 2x pro Monat für die Gemeinschaftsräume sind den Nebenkosten enthalten.
Das Rauchen ist in allen Räumen nicht gestattet.
