my name is Willi, i am an Italian guy who is currently working for a Pharma company as a Data Analyst in Monheim. I have rented the room for 6 months stating from August 1st 2020. Because of i will have to travel a lot to Italy i have decided to move to Cologne cause of the flight are much cheaper from there.
I am looking for a person that could take this contract so that i can start to look for another accommodation in Cologne. If you are more than one person that is okay cause in the apartment there are other 3 rooms empty
About deposit and contract, everything will be managed by the real estate agency.
Private Room Description,
The room is completely new, renovated recently and full furnished: bed (140 x 200), big wardrobe, sofa, desk, chair, 2 bedside table, carpet. (All you see in the pictures is what you r going to find in the room, of course the bed sheet and pillow are going to be replaced by new one)
Apartment Description:
the apartment is fresh new with other 3 single room fully furnished as well. Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine (again, what you see in the pic is what you find). There are 2 bathrooms, one big with shower box and another small.
The building has just been repainted between July and August, is really quiet and clean.

I am the only tenant for the moment, other 3 single rooms are available if you want to move with friends. Quiet Building so no party animal would be preferable.

Every room has its own key so no problem with safety.

it would be preferable to find someone as soon as possible cause as i described in the room description i have the need to move to cologne. I am really sad to have to move because this apartment is great, clean and quiet and everything is new. Also the agency that manage the property is always available if you have problems.
