Das freie Zimmer hat gute 40m2. Auf dem Boden wurde Fischgrätenpakett verlegt und die Heizung ist im letzten winter neu gemacht worden. Außer einem großen Bad haben wir auch noch ein gäste wc. Zu erwähnen währe noch der große balkon zum innenhof. Wir sind eine Gastronomen WG, das heißt aber nicht das du auch Gastronom sein musst um ne uns zu wohnen! Was es evtl heißt is das du uns evtl. Nicht so häufig zu sehen bekommst ????. An sonsten sind wir alles ganz lieb und vorurteilsfrei!

Die wohnung liegt mega zentral zwischen dem S-bahn hof Flingern und werhan. Außerdem ist die straßenbahn haltestelle lindemannstr direkt vor der tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch zu genüge.
Wir sind eine Gastronomen WG, das heißt aber nicht das du auch Gastronom sein musst um ne uns zu wohnen! Was es evtl heißt is das du uns evtl. Nicht so häufig zu sehen bekommst ????. An sonsten sind wir alles ganz lieb und vorurteilsfrei!

Das Haus an sich ist sehr ruig es is aber kein Problem wenn man mal n bisschen feiert und lauter wird! Bis jetz gab es da noch nie Probleme.
Wir haben auf Grund unserer jobs keine Tiere es is aber ansich möglich.
