Hey guys!
My room in a shared flat will be available from the 1st of August. The warm rent is €355.42 and I pay €55.00 for electricity + internet (total - €410.42). The flat would be shared with two other people. A couple of things to note:
- Deposit is €700
- Minimum stay is 6 months
- You would have access to your bedroom, a large living room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms
- The bedroom contains a desk, a bed, 2 wardrobes, 2 cloth racks, a drying rack, a shelving system along with some other stuff that you can purchase.
- I would give preference to those people who would take over my furniture (total cost of €350).
The flat is located on Birkenstrasse near Bahnhof Wehrhahn. From here you have the S-Bahn at a 2 minute walking distance. Hauptbahnhof is one stop away and Düsseldorf flughafen is 4 stops away. You also have a tram line (U71, U72, U73 and U83) at a 2 minute walking distance. From here you can easily get to Heinrich Heine Alle and the Altstadt.
- We would prefer to not have a party person.
- My roommate has 2 cats (they won't bother you at all as they are usually in another room)
- We would prefer someone who can help with the cleaning of the public areas like the kitchen and bathrooms
- My roommate is super relaxed and an incredible guy - he is always available to answer questions.
