Das Zimmer hat 16 Quadratmeter und hat sonst alles was man zum leben braucht.
Das Bett und eine Kommode können gerne übernommen werden.
Sonst auch gerne Zeitweise für eine kleine Nutzungsgebühr falls die Möbel nicht abgekauft werden möchten.
Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum HBF (ca. 10 min Fußweg)
Die Haltestelen Worringer platz und S-Bahnhof Werhahn sind in ca. 5 min zu erreichen.
Auf der Straße selbst gibt es 2 Kiosk´s die 24/7 geöffnet haben sowie einige Schnellrestaurants die auch in direkter nähe liegen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ALDI und REWE City oder NETTO sind auch in weniger als 10 min zu erreichen.
Bis in die Altstadt läuft man ca 20-25 min zu Fuß mit der Bahn fährt man vom Werhahn S-Bahnhof nur 3 Stationen.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr Harmonisch auch wenn jeder einen etwas anderen Rhythmus hat.
Durch schnelle absprachen über Gruppen helfen sich alle gegenseitig und bisher ist nach über 2 Jahren noch kein einziger WG-Streit entstanden.
