Das Zimmer ist mit ungefähr 8-10 qm nicht besonders groß, hat durch die alten Holzbalken aber viel Charme. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein 2-Personen-Bett und ein kleiner Schrank. Eine Matratze ist auch vorhanden. Küche und Wohnzimmer (über zwei Etagen!) groß und hell, außerdem gibt es einen Balkon. Hier ist alles, was man für ein WG-Leben braucht: Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Herd können von dir ohne Abschlagszahlung genutzt werden.
Die S-Bahnen (S8, S28, S68) und Straßenbahnen (709, 706) sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Ein Rewe, Netto und Penny sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Flingern ist eine absolut zentrumsnahe, kreative Wohngegend mit echtem Szene-Feeling: Junge Leute, Bars/Kneipen und nette Geschäfte.
Mein Name ist Julius, ich bin 22 Jahre alt und mache eine Ausbildung zum Physiotherapeuten.
In meiner Freizeit mache ich viel Sport, zeichne oder lese. Gegen eine Runde Karten oder andere Gesellschaftsspiele habe ich auch nichts einzuwenden.
Ich spreche fließend Französisch und Englisch ist auch kein Problem.
Ich hatte mittlerweile schon einige Mitbewohner gehabt und bin alles in allem sehr entspannt.
