Hey!
Da ich zum 1. März aus meinem Zimmer ausziehe, suche ich entsprechend einen Nachmieter bzw. eine Nachmieterin.
Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und ist rechteckig geschnitten, somit gut einzurichten. Aus dem Fenster blickt man direkt auf schöne Altbauten.
Die WG liegt in einem der schönsten und hippsten Viertel Düsseldorfs. Hauptsächlich wohnen hier Studenten, Yuppies und junge Familien.
Es gibt diverse individuelle Lädchen, tolle Restaurants und Cafés usw..
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Straßenbahnstation „Wetterstraße“, von wo man mit der 709 gut angebunden ist. Es gibt aber auch weitere Bus- und S-Bahn-Stationen die fußläufig erreichbar sind.
Zusätzlich zu deinem Zimmer gibt es noch zwei weitere Gemeinschaftsräume. Dich erwartet eine geräumige Wohnküche und ein Wohnzimmer.
Deine neuen Mitwohnenden sind Henry (25) und Viktoria (21).
Das Zimmer wäre für ca. 430€ all in bewohnbar. Hinzu käme ein Abschlag von 150€ (Geschirr, Waschmaschine etc.)
