Die Maisonette Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses ohne Aufzug. Dein Zimmer ist 16 m² groß und ist unmöbliert. Das Boxspringbett kann für €500 VB übernommen werden. Auf der unteren Etage befinden sich beide Schlafzimmer, Bad, Küche & ein Arbeitszimmer. Auf der oberen Etage befindet sich der Wohn- & Essbereich sowie der Zugang zur Dachterrasse.
Die Wohnung ist u.a. mit einer Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Reiskocher, genügend Küchenutensilien etc. ausgestattet. Du kannst natürlich gerne deine eigenen Sachen mitbringen. Wenn du noch Fragen zur Ausstattung hast, kannst du dich natürlich bei mir melden.
The maisonette apartment is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building without elevator. Your room is 16 m² big. Your room is unfurnished. Box spring bed can be purchased for 500€. Both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & a study are located on the lower floor. Living & dining area and access to the roof terrace is on the upper floor.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, rice stove, sufficient kitchen utensils etc.. You are of course welcome to bring your own things. If you have any questions about the equipment, don't hesitate to contact me.

Ich, Oitak (30), arbeite Vollzeit im Home-Office und bin dementsprechend unter der Woche meistens zu Hause. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist es mir wichtig, dass du auch arbeitest - egal ob im Home-Office oder vor Ort. Unter der Woche geht es bei uns etwas ruhiger zu. Am Wochenende kommt es durchaus vor, dass man das ein oder andere Gläschen trinkt.

Bearing this in mind, it's important to me that you also work - whether from home or on site. During the week, WG-life tends to be more laidback & chill. At the weekend, it's not unusual to have a drink or two. I like listening to Techno, go bouldering or meet up with my friends.

In my current role as management consultant I spend most of my time working from home. In my spare time I am deejaying, cooking and meeting friends.
