Für mein Zimmer in einer ruhigen 2er-Altbau-WG in Düsseldorf Flingern suche ich zwischen dem 1.Juli und dem 1.Oktober einen Zwischenmieter. Die Mindestdauer der Miete beträgt 1 Monat. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert, es gibt einen Schreibtisch, Stühle und eine Matratze. Dinge, die gemeinsam genutzt werden, wie Küchengeräte, Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine etc. sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in Flingern-Süd, 200m vom S-Bahnhof Wehrhahn und der Strassenbahn Haltestelle Birkenstr. entfernt. Der S-Bahnhof Flingern ist in ca. 5min zu erreichen. Das Haus ist ein 20er-Jahre Altbau mit Balkon und Garten.
Mein Mitbewohner ist Fotograf und ein gelassener, sehr ordentlicher Mensch, letztere Qualität solltet ihr deshalb wenn möglich auch mitbringen. Wir führen keine Zweck-WG, es wird oft gemeinsam gekocht und Zeit verbracht.
