Die WG befindet sich in Flingern Süd und ist nahe zum Hauptbahnhof, d. h. du hast perfekte Zugverbindungen von hier aus.
Dein Zimmer ist im 4.Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat geräumige 21qm mit einer großen Fensterfront, was wiederum bedeutet, dass es mega hell ist.
Die Wände sind neutral in weiß gestrichen, Fußboden ist mit Laminat ausgelegt.
Das Zimmer wird mit Kleiderschrank, Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Ikea Schrank, Couchtisch, Nachttisch, Jackengarderobe und Wäscheständer vermietet, so kannst Du direkt einziehen :)
Massage liege nicht enthalten.
In der Übernahme sind außerdem geteilte Geräte inbegriffen, eine neue Waschmaschine und Küchenausstattung.

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen. Bis zum Hbf sind es zu Fuß knapp 10 Minuten, von dort findet man sämtliche Anschlüsse in andere Stadtteile.
Zur Immermannstraße sind es knapp 13 Minuten, dort findest Du alle japanischen, koreanischen oder chinesischen Restaurants.
In der Nähe gibt es außerdem einen Park, falls Du gerne joggen gehst. Netto, Lidl, Saturn und türkische Supermärkte und eine Apotheke sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt.
The apartment is located in a peaceful area and very close to the center of Düsseldorf (13 mins walk). There you can also reach all Japanese, Korean, Chinese (and many more) supermarkets and restaurants easily!
It is located 10 minutes walk from the main train station and has Lidl, Netto, Turkish supermarkets, and a pharmacy in the vicinity within a 5-10 min walk too.
In case you like going for walks, there's also a beautiful park with small ponds about 200m away.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Gabriele (26), Zakaria (27), Dima (20) und Michael (21). Wir sind alle berufstätig und daher tagsüber nicht viel Zuhause (außer Homeoffice), aber sitzen abends auch manchmal gerne zum Trinken, Kochen oder Reden zusammen.
Gleichzeitig hat jeder seinen persönlichen Raum und niemand wird dazu gezwungen zusammen Zeit zu verbringen. Allerdings freuen wir uns auch ab und zu mal etwas zusammen zu unternehmen.
Wir sind keine Zweck oder Studenten-WG, das heißt, dass wir aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen, vor allem wegen der Arbeitszeiten. Selbstverständlich kannst Du aber jederzeit Leute vorbeibringen.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist unser Putzplan, der am Ende jeder Woche eingehalten wird. Da wir 5 Personen sind, ist es leicht, dass die Wohnung schmutzig wird und wir versuchen, sie so gut wie möglich in Ordnung zu halten.
Your new roommates are Gabriele (26), Zakaria (27), Dima (20) and Michael (21). We are currently all working for different companies in Düsseldorf and are mainly busy during the day. We sometimes hang out in the kitchen to drink, cook, or just for talking.
We also respect each other's privacy and space which is why of course nobody is forced to join.
But sometimes it can be nice to go out for drinking or something else.
We're not a student WG, so we're careful with noise at night, especially because of our working hours.
However, you sure can bring over friends or invite people over any time.
Another important point is our cleaning plan being followed at the end of every week. Since we are 5 people, it's easy that the apartment gets dirty and we try to maintain it in order as much as we can.
