13 Quadratmeter groß, hell, neuer hellgrauer schöner Vinyl Boden ( ähnlich wie Laminat nur Pflegeleichter und robuster) Großes Fenster, neue Zentralheizung. Möbel vom Bild können teilweise bei Interesse übernommen werden. Die Wg hat eine große Wohnküche mit Esstisch, Spülmaschine etc. und 2 Bäder. Eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es einen sehr großen Balkon. In der Miete ist highspeed Internet und Kabel Tv bereits enthalten. Keinerlei Zusatzkosten mehr.
It's a 13 m2 room. Very light and almost freshly renovated with a nice lightgrey floor, new heater and a big window. We have two big bathrooms. One with a shower the other with a bathingtub and a big kitchen including a dishing machine and everything you need and a super huge balcony for everybody. TV+ Internet is already included in the rent. No extra costs.
Mitten in Flingern. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hbf. 5 Min mit der Straßenbahn bis zum HBF(die quasi um die Ecke hält.) 3 Min zu Fuß bis zum Supermarkt ( Netto) 5 Min. bis zum Aldi. Pizzerias, Dönerläden, türkischer Laden, Obstladen, alles innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. 5 Min bis zum Schwimmbad Düsselstrand. 15 min bis zur HSD. 20 Min bis zur HHU. (Straßenbahn)
10 Minuten bis in die Altstadt oder zum nächsten Fitx. In diesem Stadtteil leben viele junge Menschen. Es gibt nette Cafes, kleine Läden und einige Galerien.
Supermarket, old town, hbf. Everything is nearby and you can reach it in under 5 min by tram or by feet. Best location. In this part of town there are living many young people but also familys. Its a mix of all kind of people. There are some cute bars, Cafes, shops and galerys right around the corner.
Deine 3 Mitbewohnerinnen sind zwischen 27 und 29 Jahren alt. Wir sind 2 Studenten der HHU und HSD kurz vor der Thesis sowie Berufstätig. Wir sind sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Man sitzt ab und zu mal zusammen auf einen Tee oder isst zusammen. Alles ist sehr ungezwungen und locker. Wir haben einen Putzplan, deshalb ist die WG zwar nicht immer perfekt ordentlich, aber immer sauber :-) Du hättest dann 1x/Woche eine kleine Aufgabe.
Sometimes we go to the gym together or eat together. Everything pretty free and chilled. The flat isn't always perfectly tidy but always clean because we have a cleaning roster which everybody is honest with.
Es ist am einfachsten wenn ihr mich per whatsApp kontaktiert. Ich werde mich dann zeitnah zurück melden. Termine können wir Abends, ausschließlich Wochentags wahrnehmen.
