Hallo Ihr Lieben,
das Zimmer in der wunderschönen Altbauwohnung ist 16qm groß. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und weiße Wände und ist dadurch schön hell. Der Laminatboden ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Kosten für das Zimmer sind inklusive aller Nebenkosten. (Auch Strom, Internet und Telefon)
Die Kaution beträgt 630 Euro.
Die Wohnung liegt in Düsseldorf-Friedrichstadt auf der Oberbilker Allee 23, sehr zentral, 10 min. zu Fuß zum
HBF, 3 min. zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Friedrichstadt und 5 min. zum Volksgarten. Es befindet sich ein Rewe, Lidl und ein Getränkemarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. (Rewe hat sogar bis 24 Uhr geöffnet ;) ) Cafes und Restaurants beleben das Straßenbild.
Ich suche nette, aufgeschlossene, unkomplizierte und humorvolle Mitbewohner zwischen 20-26 die auch mal Lust haben, zusammen zu kochen oder die eine oder andere Party zu feiern :) Ich erwarte keinen Putzteufel, aber auch Ordnung muss sein.
Ich bin Steffi, 23 Jahre alt, mache zur Zeit eine Ausbildung zur Medienkauffrau in der Redaktion einer Lokalzeitung. Ich bin offen, immer gut gelaunt und freue mich sehr über nette Mitbewohner die Lust auf ein cooles und harmonisches WG-Leben haben.
