Ich suche kurzfristig einen neuen Mitbewohner / eine neue Mitbewohnerin für ein 15m² Zimmer in einer 2er WG in Düsseldorf-Friedrichstadt.
Das Zimmer ist hell und gut geschnitten. In der gesamten Wohnung wurde Nussbaum-Laminat verlegt. Die Wände des Zimmers sind rein weiß gestrichen, der Vormieter hat jedoch eine Wand in dunkel Rot gehalten, das kann gerne individuell umgestaltet werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine geräumige Wohnküche.
Falls du also eine Couch oder Sesselgarnitur hast: BRING MIT!
In den Kosten sind GEZ, Versicherung und Strom mit eingerechnet.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral. Wer sich auskennt, der Kirchplatz ist 1 Min entfernt.
Altstadt/Hafen/Hauptbahnhof sind fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
